\nMonitor and maintain compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory frameworks, ensuring audit integrity.

Requirements<\/p>\n
A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
\nA Master\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred and will be an added advantage.
\nCPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is required.
\nAdditional certifications, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), are highly desirable.
\nAt least 10 years of experience in financial auditing, public accounting, or consulting, with a focus on audit operations.
\nProven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, coach, motivate, and effectively manage financial audit staff.
\nAbility to work collaboratively with various departments, with a solid understanding of how financial auditing aligns with operational functions within a professional services environment.<\/p>\n
