Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
\nPrepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports
\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures
\nLead and manage the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives
\nMonitor cash flow, cost controls, and financial performance
\nProvide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
\nCoordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Master of Accounting Science or equivalent qualification
\nMinimum of 7+ years\u2019 proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
\nStrong knowledge of financial systems, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
\nExcellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
\nHigh level of integrity and attention to detail
\nExperience in the hospitality or lodge industry will be an an added advantage
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
