Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Implement and grow the Alexforbes Life business solutions
\nGive strategic input into the broader business strategy including growth plans, strategic revenue initiatives and new business initiatives.
\nBuild and maintain strategic, financial and operational relationships with key business heads within Alexforbes
\nStructuring and management of strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\nAlign plans with overall Group mandate and strategy
\nEffective monitoring of projects and accountability for implementation
\nDefining and driving key initiatives in the business, leading into broader strategic alignment
\nImplement and monitor the people strategy in the business unit<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
CFA and relevant Bachelor\u2019s degree
\n10+ Years financial services experience, including Investment (multi management) and investment advisory
\n7+ Years asset consulting experience
\nSeasoned expert in specialised field: Investments (multi management); Operations and Client Channels.
\nStrategic Innovative thinking and delivery
\nExpert technical knowledge
\nPossess a credible understanding of products, services and successful maintenance market-leading portfolio
\nPossess an in depth understanding of client needs and behaviours
\nShow track record of managing a complex operating model for client service
