Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience, with at least 5 years in a senior\/management role.
\nHighly disciplined, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver consistently under demanding deadlines.
\nProficiency in data processing\/financial analysis and reporting, supported by strong Excel skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
\nSound knowledge of risk management, governance and compliance principles.
\nExperience in multinational environments, with exposure to diverse structures and jurisdictions, supported by strong communication and sound negotiation skills to effectively manage discussions and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
\nDemonstrated success in improving processes and controls, with proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure in high-performance environments.
\nQualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent professional financial designation is required.
\nExperience in mining, aggregates or construction environments will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
