Requirements<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Energy Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 10-15 years of senior management or executive leadership experience, preferably within the oil & gas, energy or petroleum sector.
\nProven track record in strategic management, operational leadership, and business growth.
\nStrong understanding of regional and international energy markets and industry regulations.
\nDemonstrated experience in financial management, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
\nExperience working within African markets will be an added advantage.
