Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Partner with the Board to translate strategy into operating plans, KPIs and budgets.
\nOwn end-to-end operations: procurement, supply chain, imports, warehousing, distribution, branches and after-sales technical service.
\nLead the lubricants, additives, paints and chemicals divisions with disciplined commercial execution.
\nDrive improvement in productivity, cost, working capital, stock turn and on-time delivery.
\nMaintain A-rating in customer evaluations and third-party audits through robust quality, HSE and compliance controls.
\nBuild senior relationships with strategic customers and onboard new principals, suppliers and product lines.
\nBuild a high-performance culture; develop and localize senior technical and managerial talent.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemical engineering with ERB registration advantageous.
\n20+ years progressive experience in automotive lubricants, chemicals, additives and industrial lubricants, including 8+ years at executive level.
\nProven multi-site, multi-division P&L and operational accountability; track record of scaling revenue and margin.
\nStrong domain knowledge of industrial\/automotive lubricants, additives, paints, abrasives and engine treatment chemicals.
\nStrategic, commercially astute, financially literate; excellent leadership and stakeholder management at Board, customer and shop-floor level.
\nHigh integrity and personal credibility; strong ERP\/Microsoft 365 literacy.<\/p>\n
