Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee the laundry service and ensure a positive client experience
\nAttend to client inquiries, schedule and coordinate pickups\/deliveries
\nManage laundry handling: washing, folding, and other support duties as needed
\nInventory management and cash counting
\nAssist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the admin and laundry areas
\nReporting and documentation for daily operations<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
5 BGCSE and certificate in admin
\nMinimum of 2 years relevant work experience
\nCompetent in Microsoft Office applications
\nKnowledge of laundry, cleaning and fabric care best practice is advantageous
\nExcellent communication, customer service skills and strong work ethic<\/p>\n
