Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plans and coordinates the functions of the Housing Division.
\nCoordinates and supervises the implementation of Self Help Housing programme to ensure compliance with the policies and related legislation\/ Acts
\nAssesses housing community needs and develops self-help interventions to address the needs.
\nProvides professional advice to Council and key stakeholders on self-help housing matters.
\nFacilitates the provision of services to SHHA plots as per the requirements of the SHHA Policy.
\nUndertakes any other related duties as directed by management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Degree in Housing Management and Development
\nAt least ten (10) years relevant work experience two (2) of which should have been served as Principal Housing Officer II \u2013 D3 or equivalent.
