Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
\nPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
\nMonitor financial performance against targets and ensure cost control within approved budgets.
\nEnsure compliance with statutory, audit, and corporate governance requirements.
\nCollaborate with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
\nIdentify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy.
\nSupervise and develop finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
\nSupport management with financial analysis and insights for decision-making.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Masters\u2019 Degree will be an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in financial management or operations, preferably within a retail, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
\nStrong analytical, leadership, and organisational skills.
\nExcellent knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and reporting standards.
\nHigh level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n
