The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests and a key part of creating a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and inquiries, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
\nYou will also assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records, preparing reports, answering calls and emails, and ensuring the front desk area is neat, organised and professional.
\nThe ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently, especially during night shifts, while upholding the high standards of our boutique guesthouse.
\nComputer literacy is essential for this role.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
Certificate in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
\nExperience in a boutique hotel or guesthouse is an added advantage
\nMust already reside in Palapye (Khurumela Ward preferred)
\nMust be willing to work shifts, primarily night shift
\nComputer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet & Property Management Systems will be an advantage)
\nStrong communication and customer service skills
\nMust be available to start immediately<\/p>\n
