Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Teach undergraduate medical students and postgraduate students;
\nConduct research and\/or creative professional works in his\/her area of expertise and supervise undergraduate students and postgraduate students\u2019 research projects;
\nProvide service to the university, profession and community;
\nProvide clinical care in affiliated hospitals and (v) Carry out any other duties as assigned by the chairperson of department.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
applicants should have: (i) Bachelor of Medicine\/Bachelor of Surgery or other recognized medical qualification (MD);
\n(ii) A specialist qualification in Paediatrics and Adolescent Health (a paediatric sub-specialty qualification is an advantage);
\n(iii) The qualification must be registerable by the Botswana Health Professions Council with a specialist\/sub-specialist status.
\nUNIVERSITY TEACHING EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: 6 years<\/p>\n
