Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
To manage all effective planned maintenance systems and activities in the maintenance department for the entire company.
\nResponsible for all detailed maintenance schedules, shutdown schedules, and critical spares management, ensuring that customer requirements for plant and equipment availability are met.
\nImplementation of maintenance management system, job plans, and schedules.
\nCarrying out safety audits as part of shutdown and planned maintenance tasks.
\nMonitoring of planned maintenance schedules for compliance and communicating as required to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and safety.
\nFull compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and standards.
\nEnsuring timely and accurate entering of data in CMMS and management reporting.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
\nTrade Test\/Certificate is an added advantage
\nA minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience for Senior Maintenance Planner- Proto Specialist
\nExperience with Proto CMMS is an added advantage
\nExperience within the mining environment is essential
\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills<\/p>\n
