\n1. Mining pit slope support supervisors
\nSuitable candidate should have:<\/p>\n
Experience supervising bench profiling, rockbolting and shotcreting works
\nSupervision experience in mining industry
\nLegal appointment experience under MQWM act
\nBlasting license<\/p>\n
2. Rock drilling & blasting supervisors<\/p>\n
Suitable candidate should have:<\/p>\n
Experience supervising rock drilling & blasting works
\nSupervision experience in mining industry
\nLegal appointment experience under MQWM act
\nBlasting license<\/p>\n
3. Mine surface infrastructure supervisors
\nSuitable candidate should have:<\/p>\n
Experience supervising surface infrastructure works
\nSupervision experience in mining industry
\nLegal appointment experience under MQWM act<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities for the roles<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance to the operational SHE safety standards and policies
\nEnsure adherence to the MQWM act
\nConduct and sign off pre task risk assessment of the entire teams during their shifts
\nFacilitate all necessary pre task permits approvals
\nEnforce zero tolerance to safety violations
\nEmergency response coordinator
\nComplete and submit daily statutory reports to the project manager
\nExecute the shift works plan
\nManage works quality during the shift
\nManage interfaces between various project teams
\nOversee all crew on shift
\nAddress performance, conduct, or safety issues on shift
\nConduct shift change meetings to ensure seamless handover and takeover<\/p>\n
