Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervise and manage construction projects from start to completion.
\nEnsure all site activities comply with engineering standards and safety regulations.
\nCoordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
\nMonitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work.
\nPrepare site reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
\nInterpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
\nConduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
\nEnsure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Motswana Citizen
\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
\nMust hold a valid practicing\/license certification.
\nProven experience in construction site supervision and project management.
\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, and safety standards.
\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
\nProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related engineering software is an advantage.
\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
