Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Front Office Management: Oversee reception, reservations, guest services, and concierge operations.
\nHousekeeping Oversight: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
\nGuest Experience: Maintain service excellence across accommodation, conferencing, and catering support.
\nOperational Efficiency: Implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
\nStaff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise front office and housekeeping teams.
\nRevenue Optimization: Maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective room allocation and upselling.
\nCompliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hospitality regulations.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
\nExperience: Minimum 5-7 years in rooms division management, with at least 3 years in an upmarket 4-star hotel environment.
\nSkills: Strong leadership, guest relations, and operational management skills. Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and MS Office.
\nAttributes: Service-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and able to thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting.<\/p>\n
