Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock; maintain meticulous bin cards and system records.
\nWorkshop Support: Issue parts against approved job cards and ensure no stock leaves the store without authorization.
\nSupplier Coordination: Work with procurement buyer and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
\nProactive Procurement: Monitor stock levels for fast-moving items (filters, brakes, belts) and coordinate with suppliers for quotes and orders.
\nOperational Excellence: Conduct regular stock counts, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with audits.
\nRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of stock levels, purchase orders, and issued items using computerized inventory systems (ERP e.g. SAP)
\nHealth & Safety Compliance: Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials and adherence to safety regulations
