\nMain purpose of the job: To:
\n* Evaluate and appraise business loan applications and make recommendations for decision making by the relevant authority in accordance with the CEDA Credit Policy and Revised Guidelines.
\n* Implement approved projects as per the approval conditions.
\n* Thoroughly and periodically monitor performance of approved projects to minimize risk and optimize potential for business success.
\n* Identify client\/projects\u2019 developmental needs and provide remedial interventions through the provision of business advisory services to the client to enhance entrepreneurial capacity and thereby contribute to the development of successful businesses.<\/p>\n

**Education:** A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business related disciplines such as Business Enterprise, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Accounting\/Finance, Risk Management.
\n**Experience:** At least four years\u2019 experience in business development, thorough knowledge of business project evaluation and appraisal.
\nThorough hands-on knowledge of business activities including financial modelling, market analysis, product\/service distribution, inventory control etc.<\/p>\n
