Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Breakfast Preparation: Prepare hot and cold breakfast items including eggs, pastries, cereals, and specialty dishes.
\nGuest Service Support: Ensure timely service and presentation of breakfast buffets and \u00e0 la carte orders.
\nFood Safety Compliance: Maintain hygiene, HACCP, and health standards consistently.
\nEfficiency: Monitor portion sizes, reduce wastage, and maintain kitchen efficiency during peak breakfast hours.
\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth breakfast service.
\nEvent Support: Assist with early morning catering requirements for conferences and outside events.<\/p>\n
