As a Group Project Manager, you\u2019ll assist the CFO and CEOs with the development of new and existing projects across the Natural Selection Safaris group. This role will be cross functional between new development projects, assessment and implementation of operational finance controls and Botswana business support.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Analyze international opportunities identified by the Group, with a focus on initial set-up and appropriate corporate structuring,
\nAssist with all statutory and reporting requirements required for any new Group projects
\nAssist with initial forecasts and modelling for new investment opportunities identified by the Group
\nInvestigate and report on tax structures for proposed international opportunities.
\nAssist the Botswana finance team with reviews of the financial controls and systems environments
\nAssist the Botswana team with implementation of new systems and processes as and when required.
\nAssist the CFO and CEOs with ad-hoc project requirements as required<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum 15 years\u2019 experience in senior high-end corporate administration roles, with an international focus.
\nA relevant undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Law or equivalent)
\nA postgraduate diploma in a relevant financial field (CA, CAIA, CFA or equivalent)
\nStrong leadership and communication skills.
\nWillingness to travel regularly internationally.<\/p>\n
