Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage the day-to-day operations of the football team.
\nAct as the link between club management, coaching staff, and players.
\nCoordinate team logistics, including transport, accommodation, and match arrangements.
\nEnsure player registrations, transfers, and league documentation are completed on time.
\nAttend league meetings and represent the club when required.
\nManage team discipline and ensure compliance with club policies.
\nOversee match-day operations and team administration.
\nAssist with sponsorship, marketing, and fundraising initiatives.
\nPrepare operational reports for the club executive committee.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or certificate in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
\nExperience in football administration or team management.
\nStrong leadership and organizational skills.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\nKnowledge of football regulations and league requirements.
\nComputer literacy and report-writing skills.
\nValid driver\u2019s licence (advantageous).
