Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
co-ordinating and managing all procurement activities across the business and provide a value-added Supply Chain services.
\nTo establish and manage the Supplier Service Level Agreements, identify new opportunities, and seek and apply ways to improve efficiencies whilst ensuring legislative compliance.
\nProcurement and contract management expertise.
\nStrong analytical and forecasting abilities.
\nQuality-focused and detail-oriented.
\nExcellent stakeholder management skills.
\nStrong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
\nUnderstanding of procurement principles and procedures.
\nKnowledge of inventory management practices.
\nAbility to analyze stock levels and consumption trends.
\nGood Microsoft Excel skills.
\nAbility to prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience with:
\nPurchase requisitions and purchase orders
\nSupplier sourcing and evaluation
\nInventory control and stock management
\nGoods receiving and dispatch
\nStock counting and reconciliation
\nDiploma in Procurement\/Supply Chain Management.
\nCIPS Level 4 qualification.
\n5 years\u2019 experience in a mining, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
\nComputer literacy and experience using ERP systems such as SAP,Sage,Pastel,or similar inventory management software.
\nValid driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n
