Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Facilitate user acceptance testing, process mapping, data migration, and system configuration activities to ensure successful deployment.
\nProvide ERP training and support to Botswana-based employees, supervisors, managers, and administrators.
\nMonitor ERP utilization and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
\nDevelop and maintain ERP user manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
\nLead the transfer and embedding of Huaye Group\u2019s organizational culture, performance standards, operational discipline, safety ethos, and productivity management practices.
\nFacilitate workshops, orientation programs, and management coaching sessions to promote alignment with group values and expectations.
\nSupport leadership teams in implementing a high-performance culture characterized by accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
\nPromote effective cross-cultural collaboration between expatriate and citizen employees.
\nDevelop and implement structured localization and knowledge transfer plans for ERP systems, management processes, and business operations.
\nCoordinate mentorship and coaching programs between expatriate specialists and citizen employees.
\nMonitor localization milestones, competency development, and succession readiness across key functions.
\nPrepare periodic reports on localization progress, skills transfer outcomes, and capability-building initiatives.
\nSupport the development of sustainable citizen-led business processes and systems.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
\nA postgraduate qualification in Change Management, Organizational Development, ERP Systems, Business Transformation, or Project Management will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
