Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Serve as a point of contact for ICT support, assisting students, faculty, and staff with technical issues and enquiries.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues to senior ICT staff when necessary.
\nManage and monitor helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
\nAssist in maintaining the College\u2019s network, systems, and operations.
\nAssist in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of hardware and software components.
\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and implementation of projects.
\nAssist with inventory management of ICT assets, including tracking and auditing hardware and software.
\nPerform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related program.
\nProfessional certifications e.g. CCNA, Network+, A+ is desirable.
