\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Toyota Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, dismantling, repairing, assembling, and conducting quality repairs to maintain Toyota vehicles in optimal operating condition. The successful candidate will road test customer vehicles to verify complaints and ensure that repairs performed have effectively resolved the identified concerns. The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical skills, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with various tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical\/electrical components to accurately diagnose faults.
\nInspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade vehicle systems.
\nPerform routine maintenance services, including fluid replacement, lubrication, and scheduled servicing.
\nRepair or replace defective or worn components.
\nDiagnose and rectify vehicle leaks and other mechanical faults.
\nConduct road tests before and after repairs as required.
\nProvide accurate information regarding service and parts requirements.
\nPrepare accurate repair estimates, including cost, time, and labour requirements.
\nMaintain detailed records of work performed and issues identified.
\nEnsure workshop equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition.
\nComply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
\nPerform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Workshop Manager.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Must have achieved Toyota Pro Technician (G3) qualification or higher.
\nMinimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience in an automotive workshop environment.
\nSound knowledge of Toyota workshop processes and procedures.
\nExperience working on Toyota passenger, light commercial, and business vehicles.
\nValid Driver\u2019s Licence.
\nStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nAbility to work independently and under pressure while meeting performance targets.
\nStrong customer service orientation and positive work attitude.
\nAbility to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
\nAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and over the telephone.
\nPhysically fit and capable of performing the duties associated with the position.
\nAbility to work in a workshop environment and handle workshop equipment safely.
\nMust be in possession of a valid driver\u2019s licence.
\nMay be required to work overtime when necessary.
\nMay be required to attend training and development programmes as determined by the company.
