Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
\nConduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and support risk management initiatives.
\nSupport management systems audits, internal audits and legal compliance audits.
\nAssist in incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action management.
\nDevelop HSE procedures, standards, risk registers, operational controls and reports.
\nSupport Emergency Response Planning (ERP) and business continuity initiatives.
\nProvide HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
\nSupport contractor management and site inspections.
\nUse digital tools and ERP systems to support data management, reporting and performance tracking.
\nTravel to client sites as required.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 relevant experience in HSE, SHEQ, risk management, auditing, compliance, or management systems consulting.
\nDemonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and\/or ISO 14001 Management Systems.
\nExperience conducting HIRA, audits, legal compliance audits, and incident investigations.
\nStrong analytical, report writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
\nValid Driver\u2019s License.
\nValid Passport and willingness to travel.<\/p>\n
