The Council aims to transform the local creative and cultural sector by nurturing creative excellence and preserving the nation\u2019s rich cultural traditions with the ultimate goal of building an inclusive, sustainable and prosperous sector.\\nThe Council wishes to invite driven qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens who are passionate about our National Arts & Culture to apply for the following opportunities:\\nPROCUREMENT OVERSIGHT MANAGER\\nReporting to:\\nthe Chief Executive Officer\\nMain Purpose of the Job\\nTo act as the principal advisor to the CEO on any procurement matters falling within the scope of the Public Procurement Act and other related legislation including but not limited to providing guidance, advice, oversight, and support in the implementation of procurement policies, processes and ensuring compliance with the provisions outlined in the Act to promote transparency and accountability in the Council\u2019s procurement processes.\\nKey Performance Areas\\nStrict compliance and adherence to PPRA regulations and other related regulations.\\nClear up-to-date procurement policies, procedures and processes.\\nEffective procurement internal controls.\\nEfficient procurement advice, re-adjudication and adjudication and procurement recommendations.\\nOrganisation-wide training and understanding of current procurement regulations, policies and procedures.\\nValue for money and adherence to budget limitations.\\nKey Qualifications\\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Law, Risk and Compliance, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field.
