Duties and Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex issues.
Mentor and train junior mechanics to improve their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
About You
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Requirement
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably at Level 3.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electronics.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Qualifications
College diploma or higher level or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience out of which 4years as Senior Technician/ Auto Mechanic in vehicle maintenance workshop
