Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented IT graduates to join our team as Machine Operators. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in working with automated machinery and production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production processes
Set up machines and adjust settings as required
Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist in routine maintenance of machines
About You
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of computer systems and machine operations
Willingness to learn and adapt to industrial environments
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
