Key Responsibilities
Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls in English
Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
Support management with daily administrative tasks
About You
Education background and work experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Management, or related field
Requirements
fluent English (spoken and written)-mandatory
Arabic language skill is an added advantage
Good computer skill (MS word, Excel, Email)
Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
