About the Job
Performs all workshop administrative and technical routines.
Provides all necessary assistance in the implementation of workshop administrative and technical matters.
Helps in the preparation and compilation of technical data and periodic workshop activity reports.
Assists and controls technicians for clock in and clock out activities.
Drafts memorandum and correspondence as required.
Provides relevant and appropriate information in response to routine inquiries from pertinent offices as per established procedures.
Follows up on pending matters and informs Immediate Supervisor on current status;
Ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld and enforcing protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
Performs other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
About You
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Skills
Technical Skills:
Understanding of vehicle components and repair procedures.
Soft Skills:
Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving
Experience
4+ years in workshop controller position.
Previous experience working in dealerships with world-class brands is an advantage.
