\nJob Summary
\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SCM Officer to join our dynamic team. The SCM Officer will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations aligned with organizational goals.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProcurement Management: <\/p>\n
Source and procure goods and services following company policies.
\nNegotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value.
\nEnsure timely procurement of materials to support project timelines.<\/p>\n
Inventory Management:<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.<\/p>\n
Logistics Coordination:<\/p>\n
Coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
\nLiaise with vendors and shipping companies for smooth logistics operations.
\nSupplier Relationship Management:
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
\nEvaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
\nCompliance and Reporting:
\nPrepare and present regular reports on supply chain activities.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
\nExperience: Experience: Relevant experience is advantageous<\/p>\n
Skills: <\/p>\n
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
\nProficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
