\nSATSC is a dynamic and forward-thinking share company founded three years ago by 174 merchants with a vision to develop a specialized mixed-use complex in Addis Ababa. Since its inception, SATSC has quickly established itself as a key player in the industry. Currently, we are in the process of acquiring a prime 5,000 m\u00b2 parcel of land from the Addis Ababa City Administration, located in Yeka Sub-City, Woreda 7.
\nJob Summary:
\nWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Admin Officer to manage our company\u2019s financial operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and office administration.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee and manage financial transactions, including budgeting, reporting, and financial planning.
\nPrepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
\nHandle payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial audits
\nManage office administration, including HR tasks, procurement, and company assets.
\nEnsure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
\nMaintain records and support internal and external audits.
\nAssist management in financial decision-making and strategic plannin<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements:
\n\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\uf0b7 Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
\n\uf0b7 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax laws, and financial management.
\n\uf0b7 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other relevant tools).
\n\uf0b7 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
\n\uf0b7 Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
