Caleb Foundation is a legally registered American based international charity organization with certificate number of 501-C3. The foundation was established in September 2012 by 13 volunteers in USA with the initiation from Tenadam Girma. The foundation is operational in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with the registration certificate from the Authority of Civil Society Organizations (ACSOs) with certificate number 3683. Our Foundation is currently seeking an Early Grade Children Teacher\/Director to fill its vacant position.
\nAbout the roles
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develops educational curriculum for the children,
\nteaches the children 5 days of the week,
\noversees the nutrition children receive
\nAdminister exams to track the progress of children
\nEnsure children receive the necessary nutrition to be well-nourished
\nTeach the children and monitor their well-being
\nManage relationships with parents
\nAdapt\u202fguidance\u202fplans for children.
\nAid in a culture of\u202fconstant learning\u202fand teamwork.
\nCarry out proper action for the\u202fprotection of children.
\nCarry out teaching and learning plans\u202fto meet the\u202fdiverse needs\u202fof children.
\nFollow\u202fhealth, safety, nutritional, hygiene standards and rules.
\nGuide other nannies to take part in\u202fconstant learning and reflective practices..
\nRaise the level of trust and respect with children via\u202finteraction.
\nUphold the\u202fvision, mission and values\u202fof the Caleb Foundation<\/p>\n
Additional Skill<\/p>\n
Good Proposal and report Writing Skill
\nPossess Good basic computer application
\nAbility to provide leadership and harness the multi-disciplinary skills of the technical personnel.
\nGood managerial skill and Staff management experience, with experience in leading and motivating individuals and teams to deliver high-quality activities and achieve program outcomes.
\nAbility to work with and build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including government, civil society, and communities.
\nGood Communication Skills.<\/p>\n
Terms of contract: 3 months, can be extended depending on performance
\nSalary: Gross monthly salary of 10,000\u201315, 000 birr based on experience and earn history<\/p>\n

Educational Background and experience<\/p>\n
At least BA in education, and a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience particularly in education.
