About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in the subject you are teaching or a related field.
\nN.B \u2013 Tutors may only teach the subject in which they have graduated, or if they have a minor in that subject; no tutor is permitted to teach multiple subjects.
\nExperience: Minimum of 1\u20132 years of teaching or tutoring experience. Familiarity with
\nEthiopian curriculum and standards is highly desirable.
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Strong subject knowledge in the chosen discipline(s).<\/p>\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
Proficiency with technology (computers, video conferencing tools, etc.)<\/p>\n
Other Requirements:<\/p>\n
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.<\/p>\n
Availability to work flexible hours, particularly evenings and weekends.<\/p>\n
Successful completion of a background check, including credentials verification.<\/p>\n
How Much Can You Earn?
\nPotential Earnings:<\/p>\n
10 lessons\/week: Approx. Net 17,000 ETB\/month + course sale earnings \u2013 UP to-<\/p>\n
40 lessons\/week: Approx. Net 60,000 ETB\/month + course sale earnings<\/p>\n

As a tutor on Desk Tutorial, you can easily track your earnings from directly from your dashboard. So you always know how much you\u2019re making.
