General Mission: \u2013 The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for assessing
\ntraining needs, designing and delivering customized training programs, evaluating program
\neffectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires
\ncollaboration with various stakeholders, innovative thinking, and a strong understanding of
\nlearning and development processes to foster continuous employee growth and skill
\nenhancement.
\nMain Duties and tasks:
\n1. Collaborate with HR Analysts to understand specific skill requirements and development
\nneeds across different departments.
\n2. Work with the HR Manager and HR Director to plan and design customized training
\nprograms to address identified skills gaps, including leadership skill development.
\n3. Design and develop blended training programs incorporating online modules using a
\nLearning Management System (LMS) and in-person sessions.
\n4. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and validate training content,
\nensuring its accuracy and relevance.
\n5. Partner with department heads to implement targeted training programs, ensuring
\nalignment with departmental needs.
\n6. Analyze program effectiveness by collecting feedback from learners and relevant
\nstakeholders.
\n7. Provide insights and recommendations for adjustments and improvements in Learning
\nand Development (L&D) programs based on data analysis and feedback.
\n8. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by providing necessary training or
\ndevelopment opportunities to help new employees succeed in their roles.
\n9. Evaluate training needs based on regulatory requirements and organizational goals,
\nensuring compliance and alignment.
\n10. Create innovative training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and
\nknowledge, driving continuous learning and development within the organization.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n\u25cf BA\/MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 7\/5 years of experience of
\nwhich 2 years is focused in training and development.
\n\u25cf Strong understanding of training design and delivery processes.
\n\u25cf Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u25cf Ability to think strategically and implement effective training solutions.
\n\u25cf Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
\n\u25cf Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
