\nJob Summary
\nUnder the immediate supervision of the Procurement Director, the Procurement Manager has the duty and responsibility to overseeing the purchasing activities and ensuring that all products and services are procured in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner to meet the needs of the business.
\nDuties and Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Conduct market research to identify trends, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies balancing cost, quality, and delivery.
\nManage supplier relationships, performance, and contract negotiations.
\nEnsure full compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
\nOversee end-to-end procurement processes and continuously improve efficiency.
\nCoordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
\nLead, train, and evaluate the procurement team for continuous development.
\nMonitor budgets, forecast needs, and report key procurement metrics.
\nLeverage data analytics to support strategic decisions.
\nPerform other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Education & Experience
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree: Required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration or Supply Management for higher-level positions.
\n\u2022 Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
