\nJob Purpose:
\nThe Corporate Finance Manager will execute corporate-level financial strategies, ensuring overall control and responsibility for all Business Unit (BU) finance-related activities. This role involves establishing financial controls, accounting systems, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures across the Group. The incumbent will support corporate business decisions by delivering high-quality management reporting, managing financial transactions, and addressing finance-related inquiries.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Overall control and oversee all financial aspects of all Business Unit finance related activities
\nPrepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from the all department.
\nEnsure the provision of efficient companying services to the company\u2019s finance team.
\nProvides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information; converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.
\nAccomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
\nDevelops and implements accounting procedures and reviews all company financial operation manuals, financial guidelines and formats\/ slips etc. and suggests possible improvements on it.
\nImplements internal and external auditors\u2019 comments
\nProduce accurate financial report and work closely with internal and external stockholders.
\nEstablish financial controls and accounting, measurement and reporting systems across the business units\/Group
\nAddress finance-related questions and requests (e.g., debt, fees, collections, etc.)
\nSupport and advise the corporate business by delivering high quality management reporting
\nLeadership and instructional aptitudes needed to provide training and oversight on policies and procedures relevant lows for finance team and other related department.
\nCollaborate with senior leaders to develop financial strategies and shape the strategies with overall company strategy.
\nDevelop and promote a framework to drive financial acumen and accountability across the Group and Protects organization\u2019s value by keeping information confidential.
\nOversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets and projections, and provide advice and analysis for senior management and other managers.
\nReview long-term budgetary planning and ensure its alignment with the strategic plan.
\nProvide financial decision support during the evaluation of long term and short term strategic business opportunities.
\nEstablish efficient workflows and business processes to meet the need of financial information of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
\nPrepare annual financial plan of the Company indicating schedule of cash inflows and out flows and identifying the best way for financing projects, and prepare long-term financial forecasts in relation to developing future strategies for the Company.
\nFollow up compliance with tax and other regulatory and prudential requirements and guidelines, and ensure timely and accurate payment of all tax and pension obligations to the concerned authorities.

About You<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
BA \/ MBA in Finance and Accounting or relevant fields of study.
\n12 \/10 years of relevant experience of which, 8\/6 years at managerial level.
\nBasic computer skill, Knowledge of accounting software application, ERP
\nDeadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality,
\nProductivity, Verbal Communication
\nIFRS trained<\/p>\n
