\nJob Purpose:
\nThe Business Control Manager at Infomind Solutions PLC will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, performance monitoring, and risk management across the company. This role focuses on financial planning and analysis, implementing strong internal controls, and delivering performance reporting to support sound decision-making and long-term business success.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n1. Financial Planning and Control<\/p>\n
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
\nMonitor financial performance against budgets and KPIs.
\nProvide recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency.<\/p>\n
2. Business Performance Monitoring<\/p>\n
Conduct variance analysis and assess financial trends.
\nGenerate regular financial reports for executive management.
\nSupport strategic initiatives with detailed financial insight.<\/p>\n
3. Internal Controls & Compliance<\/p>\n
Establish and maintain robust internal control systems.
\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
\nCoordinate internal and external audits and oversee the implementation of audit recommendations.<\/p>\n
4. Strategic Business Partnering<\/p>\n
Collaborate with departments to align financial and business objectives.
\nSupport the development of business cases for new initiatives.
\nAct as a financial advisor to senior leadership.<\/p>\n
5. Systems & Process Improvement<\/p>\n
Improve financial systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
\nLead or support financial transformation initiatives.
\nEnsure timely and accurate financial data is available to stakeholders.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProfessional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
\nMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial control or analysis roles.
\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.<\/p>\n
