\nThe National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), re-established by proclamation No. 1133\/2011, is the constitutionally mandated body to conduct elections, organize referendum and regulate political parties in Ethiopia. NEBE is working to boost its\u2019 institutional strength with a special focus on enhancement of human resource capacity. Accordingly, NEBE would like to invite applicants for Junior Graphics Design Expert I position who meet the following requirements.

\nJob Summary
\nThe Junior Graphics Design Expert is responsible to Integrating artistic talent with technical proficiency to deliver high-quality designs that resonate with the organization\u2019s objectives.
\nDuties and responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop creative concepts and visual styles for various projects, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
\nCollaborate with video editors and animators to integrate graphics seamlessly into multimedia projects.
\nDesign marketing collateral, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, info- graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials.
\nOptimize designs for various digital platforms, ensuring responsiveness and optimal user experience.
\nCollaborate with marketing and communication teams to align designs with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
\nStay updated on industry trends, emerging design software, and best practices to enhance design capabilities.
\nAssisting the Social Media & Graphic designer whenever he\/she needs
\nAny other duty assigned by the NEBE communications manager.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education andWork Experience:<\/p>\n
MA degree or BA in Computer science, information technology, media or any other related fields.
\n0 years for Masters or 3 years for BA.<\/p>\n
Mandatory Training:<\/p>\n
Graphic Design<\/p>\n
Knowledge <\/p>\n
Knowledge of layout, colour
\nKnowledge of typography\/ Colour
\nProficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.<\/p>\n
