\nWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Production Supervisor with a strong foundation in artisanal and handcrafted production. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, supportive, and solution-oriented\u2014empowering the production team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
\nSupport artisans and production staff with process improvement and problem-solving.
\nEnsure production targets and quality standards are met.
\nCollaborate with design and inventory teams for workflow efficiency.

About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Education: College Diploma in Garment & Textile, Leather Production, or a related field (COC Certified).
\nExperience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or production role, preferably in artisan or handcraft manufacturing.
