\nJob Title; Batching Plant HR Manager
\nRequired-1
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Responsible to handle all the aspects in relation to human resource management including.
\nHiring Temporary employees (daily laborers only)
\nThe attendance of the permanent and Temporary employees
\nSick leave, maternity leave and annual leave, leave without pay
\nOvertime sheets
\nFacilitating training
\nDisciplinary measures etc.
\nFollow the M-matrix management system i.e.\/he\/she shall be responsible both to the batching plant manager and the HR unit at the head office of dugda construction.
\nReport to the Batching Plant Manager on matters related to day-to-day activities to the HR Department at the head offices on matters related to the employee management of the company and procedures to be followed in managing the human resource.
\nEnsure that day to day activities are based on the on the company manual and procedure and make sure that are followed.
\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

BA In Human resource Management or Related Fields<\/p>\n
Work Experience:<\/p>\n
10 Years of Which 6 Similar Experience<\/p>\n
