\nWe are looking for a creative and analytical Graphic Design & Data Visualization Specialist to join our Communications team. This role is essential in transforming complex technical content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling materials. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong command of design tools and data interpretation, and an interest in fintech, agriculture, and AI-driven innovation.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDesign & Visual Content Creation<\/p>\n
Develop high-quality graphics, infographics, reports, presentations, and digital content in line with Kifiya\u2019s brand identity.
\nCollaborate with communications, research, and technical teams to distill complex ideas into accessible visual formats.<\/p>\n
Data Visualization & Interpretation<\/p>\n
Create intuitive, evidence-based visualizations that communicate insights, trends, and impact across Kifiya\u2019s business areas.
\nWork closely with data analysts and subject matter experts to ensure clarity and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Brand & Visual Standards<\/p>\n
Uphold consistent visual standards across all internal and external materials.
\nContribute to the evolution of Kifiya\u2019s visual language and brand toolkit.<\/p>\n
Cross-functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
Support product launches, campaigns, reports, and proposals with compelling design and data storytelling.
\nCoordinate with teams across product, marketing, business development, and research.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Data Visualization, or a related field (Master\u2019s degree is a plus).
\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and data visualization\u2014preferably in a tech, fintech, or communications environment.
\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
\nStrong grasp of design principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
\nProven ability to interpret data and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
\nDemonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
