\nAs a Junior IT Officer, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, provide technical support to staff, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
\nDuties and Responsibility<\/p>\n
Provide first-level technical support to hospital staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
\nAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
\nSupport the maintenance of hospital databases, electronic medical records (EMR), and other digital systems.
\nMonitor and report system performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
\nAssist with network troubleshooting including LAN\/WAN connections, internet, and wireless connectivity.
\nMaintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and equipment.
\nDocument IT support processes and maintain accurate logs of issues and solutions.
\nCollaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
\nEnsure data security and confidentiality in line with hospital policies and data protection regulations.
\nStay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements where applicable.<\/p>\n
Working Hour: The working condition will be office Hour\/48 hours a week)

Minimum Specification Requirement
\nEducational Qualification & work experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
\nHands of experience is an advantageous
\nBasic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications.
\nFamiliarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and IT support tools is a plus.
\nInternship, volunteer experience, or project work in an IT-related role will be an added advantage.
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
\nExperience with hospital management systems is a plus<\/p>\n
Knowledge & skill requirements<\/p>\n
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
\nFamiliarity with operating systems such as Windows.
\nKnowledge of basic networking concepts (JAVA Script, IP addressing, data analysis, C++, LAN\/WAN and wireless networks).
\nAbility to assist with system updates, backups, and basic cyber security practices.
\nGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nStrong communication skills to effectively assist non-technical users.
\nWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
\nBasic understanding of hospital information systems or electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
