Yod Abyssinia was established in 2003 with a mission to Yod Abyssinia Cultural Restaurant, one of the pioneering and most reputable cultural restaurants in Addis Ababa that has been introducing proudly the Ethiopian hospitality through diverse cuisines, culture, dance, and music for the last 20 years that meet the need of tourists, business travelers diaspora\u2019s. Currently Yod is engaged in Cultural restaurant, International hotel, Travel and Tour and coffee processing businesses.

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage daily operations of the tour and travel, including itinerary planning, reservations, customer service, and team supervision.
\nLead, train, and motivate a team of travel consultants, tour coordinators, and support staff.
\nDevelop and implement strategies to grow sales and expand the company\u2019s travel service offerings.
\nMonitor and improve the quality of tours, travel packages, and customer experiences.
\nMaintain and grow relationships with key suppliers, vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
\nEnsure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.
\nAnalyze market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings and develop new products.
\nPrepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
\nHandle high-level client relationships and resolve complex customer service issues.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
MA\/Bachelor\u2019s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Management, Business administration or a related field.
\nIATA Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
\nCertified in Galileo GDS platforms (mandatory).<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
3\/6 years of experience in a travel agency or tour company with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
Comprehensive knowledge of IATA BSP operations and compliance standards.
\nExceptional leadership, problem-solving, customer service, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
\nAbility to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.
\nIn-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, trends, and destinations.
\nExperience working with booking platforms and travel management systems.
\nStrong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
