A collaborative approach is essential in maintaining a hazard-free worksite by ensuring the area remains organized, and equipment and materials are stored safely<br \/>\nRole Purpose:<br \/>\nThe HR Specialist \u2013 Benefits &amp; Employee Relations is responsible for managing and optimizing the company\u2019s employee benefits programs while ensuring positive employee relations across the organization. This role involves administering benefits, while also addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The specialist plays a key role in enhancing employee satisfaction, promoting a supportive work environment, and fostering effective communication between employees and management.<br \/>\nScope of Role:<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Head of HR<br \/>\nStaff directly reporting to this post: HR intern \u2013 Documentation &amp; Archive<br \/>\nBudget approval Limit: None<\/p>\n<p>Key Areas of Responsibility<\/p>\n<p>Supports the payroll preparation &amp; ensures employees are paid accurately and on time.<br \/>\nEnsure daily attendances are communicated as per the procedure placed<br \/>\nManages employee benefits<br \/>\nManages workers\u2019 compensation claims and benefits.<br \/>\nAddresses employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.<br \/>\nEnsures compliance with labor laws, including working conditions, hours, and wages.<br \/>\nRegularly gather employee feedback on benefits and workplace conditions through surveys, interviews, observation, or focus groups to improve programs and relations.<br \/>\nDesigns competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent.<br \/>\nPromotes a positive and inclusive workplace culture together with the learning section &amp; department leads<br \/>\nOversees employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Management and Leadership<\/p>\n<p>Provide overall supervision and leadership of self-subordinates<br \/>\nProvide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff under supervision so that staff have the required capacity and enthusiasm to undertake their responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Communication and Networking<\/p>\n<p>Act as the primary point of contact for communicating benefits-related information<br \/>\nPrepare &amp;
