The position also requires regularly updating head office management on critical issues or actions needing immediate attention.
\nJob Description<\/p>\n
Process orders via email or system
\nCheck data accuracy in orders and invoices
\nContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
\nLiaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
\nMaintain and update sales and customer records
\nDevelop monthly sales reports
\nCommunicate important feedback from customers internally
\nEnsure sales targets are met and report any deviations
\nStay up to date with new products and features
\nLiaise with Operations & Inventory Control Department ordering Customer\/Stock units as per agreed company policies.
\nProcessing of Order forms for approval by functional managers and MD\/FD
\nKeep track of all orders and ensuring its effective processing through proper documentation and equipment positions.
\nOrdering of units with the accompanying paperwork administration.
\nEnsuring that PFI, orders and the relevant forms are filed correctly and authorized by the respective managers.
\nTo liaise with sales team in order to keep the appropriate data storage and ensure effective retrieval of the same
\nNecessary Documentation for and registration of the units
\nFiling and archiving of documents in a way that will ensure ease of individual customer file retrieval<\/p>\n

Qualifications
\nEducation<\/p>\n
Undergraduate degree in engineering or any business field.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent<\/p>\n
