\n2. Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Lead and supervise auditors assigned across business units.
\nPlan and execute operational and compliance audits per regulatory and policy frameworks.
\nDevelop and maintain the annual audit and inspection calendar based on risk assessments.
\nAnalyze internal control systems and recommend corrective measures.
\nCoordinate and draft routine, special, and annual audit reports.
\nPerform audits with on-site fieldwork, interviews, and systems walkthroughs.
\nEnsure accuracy of records and adherence to relevant regulations.
\nFacilitate performance evaluations for audit staff.
\nLiaise with external auditors, finance heads, and management during and post-audit.
\nProvide advice and recommendations to enhance internal efficiency and control.<\/p>\n
3. Technical Competencies<\/p>\n
Expertise in internal audit methodologies, regulatory compliance, and ESG practices.
\nSound knowledge of risk-based audit planning and execution.
\nHigh proficiency in analytical reporting, documentation, and communication.
\nAbility to manage teams, lead meetings, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
\nStrong decision-making and supervisory capability under pressure.<\/p>\n

Education & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in [Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics,Auditing or Forensic Accounting,Public Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Law or Corporate Governance, Internal Control or Risk Management and other related fields ] with 4 years of related work experience.
