\nThe\u202fSenior Cost Accountant\u202fis responsible to oversees the company\u2019s accounting department .They take ownership for every aspect that goes into producing an organization\u2018s report from cost productive and margins all the way down to expenditures .
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
Review all account reconciled with controlling account
\n\u202fCheck all payment posted at the proper chart of account
\n\u202fCheck AP, AR and Inventory reconciled with controlling account.
\nPrepare cost build up sheet and post for imported items
\n\u202fCheck and reconcile\u202fall taxes with ledger and register on e-tax system
\n\u202fPrepare monthly first draft financial report like statement of financial position, statement of cash flow.
\n\u202fPrepared journal voucher for expenses and prepayments
\n\u202fPrepared journal voucher for unearned rent and gym service
\n\u202fPrepare Fixed Asset schedule and prepare journal voucher Depreciation expense\u202f every monthly
\nCheck inventory (GRN SIV GTV) at the proper chart of account by Peachtree & Monitor.
\nCheck imported items cost build up sheet for import & export cost to a system by Peachtree & Monitor.
\nCheck Daily Production Report
\nCheck Sales Transaction.
\nPrepare 1st draft Trial Balance (Account Receivable, Inventory, Revenue and Cost)
\nPrepare monthly first draft financial report.
\nVerify\u202funit cost on Peachtree & ERP for finished goods
\nPrepare monthly first draft financial report.
\nProviding Report Specifying Comparing factors affecting price & profitability of product.
\nPrepare and assist with developing audit schedules for the annual audit.
\nPerform all work that given by the Finance Senior Staff<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Job Requirements <\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting
\nMinimum of 4 years of proven and progressive work experience in manufacturing business
\nIFRS certification is advantageous
