AFORO TRADING PLC, with its factory located in Semera Industrial Park, was established with the mission of producing high-quality edible iodized salt and industrial salt to support national efforts in enhancing the intake of essential micronutrients and addressing the widespread challenges of micronutrient deficiencies.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees for IT-related issues.
\nManage, and maintain ERP systems, ensuring integration and alignment with the company\u2019s operational needs.
\nMonitor and maintain system backups and security protocols.
\nCollaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
\nConduct regular system updates, patches, and hardware upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
\nManage IT inventory, including procurement, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
\nDevelop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
\nProvide training to employees on IT systems, including ERP modules, to enhance user adoption and efficiency.
\nPrepare and present IT performance and activity reports to management.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
\n2-4 years of experience in IT, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing sector and ERP systems.
\nProficiency in managing IT systems, networks, and hardware.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
