\nJob Summary
\nBeka Food Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of cultivating a positive work environment aligned with the company\u2019s goals.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Ethiopian labor laws.
\nLead the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
\nManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
\nOversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
\nSupervise payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
\nMaintain and update HR records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
\nPromote workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion.
\nAdvise management on HR best practices and policy compliance.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s degree preferred).
\nMinimum of 5 years\u2019 proven HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
\nIn-depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
\nProficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
